Wheeler & Gray provided structural engineering services for a $35 million hospital complex. The facility is an 83,700 square foot five-story medical office building for the County of Ventura. Construction consists of concrete fill over metal deck supported by composite steel beams and girders. The lateral resisting system consists of reduced section moment frames and the foundation is composed of a mat slab over a deep soil mixing system.
